About Course

This five-day instructor-led course teaches IT Pros how to deploy and configure Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) in a distributed environment, how to implement Group Policy, how to perform backup and restore, and how to monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory–related issues with Windows Server 2016. Additionally, this course teaches how to deploy other Active Directory server roles such as Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).

Requirements

To pursue the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) course, it's recommended to have a basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and operating systems. Familiarity with Windows operating systems (especially Windows 10 or Windows Server) and basic networking principles like IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP will be beneficial. Although not mandatory, prior experience in IT support or administration is helpful. Additionally, having basic knowledge of cloud computing and databases, as well as a willingness to work with Microsoft tools like Active Directory and SQL Server, will help you succeed in the MCSA program.
